Luigi Failli was a man ahead of his time.

Free Range Cows

When he opened his butcher shop over 50 years ago, he dreamt of creating an industry and community that not only eliminated waste but added sustainable value to all livestock processing.
 
Proudly, his family’s operations have grown to employ over 150 people and include 5,000 acres of sustainable pastures, thousands of free range livestock, and the capability and intelligence to produce some of Victoria’s finest beef and lamb.

Parwan Protein and Tallow, co-founded by the next generation of Failli’s, closes the loop on the family’s livestock and food processing interests. Now a vertically integrated enterprise with infrastructure to either extract or recirculate all the moisture, oil or protein from their livestock, the foundations exists for future generations to come.
